Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a service or product that you have purchased from us, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that the ability to cancel and receive a refund may be limited depending on the stage of the service or delivery of the product.

  • For services that have not yet been started, we will issue a full refund.
  • For services that have started but not yet been completed, we will issue a refund for any work that has not yet been completed, minus any costs incurred up to the point of cancellation.
  • For products that have not yet been shipped, we will issue a full refund.
  • For products that have been shipped, we will issue a refund for the product cost, minus any shipping and handling fees, and minus a restocking fee of 15% of the product cost.

Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with a service or product that you have purchased from us, please contact us. We will do our best to resolve any issues and make sure that you are satisfied with our service.

  • For services, if we are unable to resolve the issue to your satisfaction, we will issue a refund for any work that has not yet been completed, minus any costs incurred up to the point of cancellation.
  • For products, if the product is in new and unused condition, we will issue a refund for the product cost, minus any shipping and handling fees, and minus a restocking fee of 15% of the product cost.

Please note that all refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.
